Keith Oarde is an experienced program manager currently at Risk Program Administrators, where, since June 2019, Keith has significantly contributed to the growth of the unemployment insurance program, expanding it to over 40 client accounts and streamlining claims management and member acquisition processes. Previously, from September 2012 to June 2019, Oarde worked at Ashton Tiffany, LLC, serving as a member services coordinator and enhancing client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of over 50 accounts, as well as a loss control consultant focusing on safety hazard identification and compliance, conducting over 150 on-site inspections. Oarde holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
