Adrien Pleurmeau is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as Responsable Commercial at RATIONAL AG since July 2021, Adrien previously held the position of Chef exécutif at SAPIO - Académie Culinaire from October 2017 to July 2021, overseeing both restaurant operations and culinary courses.
