Marcus Twidale has extensive experience in the fishing industry, with their most recent role being the President of Rapala USA starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Rapala UK, Dynamite Baits & Carp CEO at Rapala VMC Corporation from October 2019 to December 2021. Twidale also has a long history with Dynamite Baits Ltd., where they held multiple positions including Co-Founder Owner, Joint Managing Director, Managing Director, and General Manager from 2000 to 2019. During their time at Dynamite Baits, they successfully grew the business's sales from £2 million to £7 million and oversaw its acquisition by Rapala VMC.

Marcus Twidale attended Abbotsholme school from 1984 to 1986 where they pursued a degree in Agricultural Business and Management, specifically focusing on the Brooksby Agricultural program.
