Keith Kimmel is an experienced leader in the multifamily real estate industry, currently serving as the President of Property Operations at AIR Communities since December 2020. In this role, Kimmel oversees national, regional, and field teams dedicated to enhancing resident services, along with corporate teams focused on data analytics, IT, construction, asset quality, marketing, procurement, and revenue management. Prior to AIR, Kimmel spent 18 years at Aimco Apartment Homes, where Keith held the position of Executive Vice President of Property Operations, leading extensive teams and managing significant assets and revenues.
