Diane Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent mobility solutions. Currently serving as Senior Account Director at Randstad Enterprise since January 2014, Diane oversees customer relationships and ensures satisfaction with Randstad RiseSmart’s services. Key responsibilities include guiding HR and business leaders, sharing industry best practices, monitoring participant experiences, and introducing value-added solutions. Previously, Diane held leadership roles at Manpower, first as Regional Director from 2000 to 2011, where large-scale supervision of personnel was emphasized, and as District Manager from 1997 to 1999, managing staffing and recruitment activities in Southern Connecticut. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University.
