Nga Nguyen has a background in project finance consulting for PetroVietnam subsidiaries and has experience as an Operations Manager in both Orion Group and CGP Vietnam. At Orion Group, Nga was responsible for recruitment, operations, management, and business development in various sectors such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Rail, Mining, Construction, Office & Commercial, Power & Utilities, and Renewable Energy. Nga currently holds the position of Operations Manager at CGP Vietnam, where they provide Executive Search, Contracting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and Talent Mapping and Advisory services to multinational and domestic firms. Nga also holds a Master of Arts in International Trade and Finance from Leeds Beckett University.
