Silvia Cianci has a diverse work experience spanning various culinary roles. Silvia is currently the Director of Culinary Innovation at RANA MEAL SOLUTIONS LLC. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Culinary Innovation at BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group. From 2007 to 2018, Silvia worked as a Senior R&D Executive Chef at LOUISA Food Products, Inc., where they were responsible for conducting research and development for existing and new pasta items. Silvia also has experience as a Cooking Instructor at Dierbergs Markets from 2008 to 2017, and as a Chef at Bella Milano Restaurant from 2003 to 2007.
Silvia Cianci started their education in 1995 and completed it in 1999 at Universita' degli studi "Gabriele d'Annunzio" di Chieti e Pescara. During this time, they pursued an Associate's Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures with a specialization in International Business. In 2014, Silvia obtained a HACCP certification. Additionally, they are also a member of the RCA.
