Alik Laddon

Alik Laddon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in business development, marketing, sales, and management.

Starting in 2001, Alik worked as a General Manager at Wahoo's Fish Taco, overseeing two restaurants and implementing strategies to improve productivity and customer loyalty.

In 2006, Alik served as an Integrated Marketing Communication Consultant at Anheuser Busch/SDSU and later as a Menu Marketing & Promotions Intern and Beverage Category Assistant at Jack in the Box. In these roles, Alik managed various marketing projects and assisted in product launches.

From 2007 to 2009, Alik held the position of Product Marketing Manager, Skin Care & Promotions at Merle Norman Cosmetics, responsible for a multi-million dollar product portfolio and successful product and promotional launches.

Alik then joined Daymon Worldwide as a Business Development Manager from 2009 to 2012, focusing on identifying category opportunities and selling programs to Safeway, while also managing relationships with suppliers and retailers.

At Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market, Inc., Alik worked as a Merchandise Manager - Prepared Foods, Commercial Kitchen, where they were responsible for sales and profitability of the Fresh Prepared categories, as well as launching the Kitchen to Go brand.

Returning to Daymon Worldwide in 2013 as a Senior Manager - National Accounts, Alik led the sales and strategy for the national launch of the Wild Oats Organic Foods brand exclusively at Walmart.

Since 2015, Alik has been employed at Chelten House Products, Inc., initially as the National Retail Sales Manager and later as the Director of Business Development. Currently, Alik holds the position of Sr. Director Of Growth & Innovation, where they focus on bringing innovative new business streams to the company.

Throughout their career, Alik has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, marketing, and product launches, with a strong focus on organic and premium food products.

Alik Laddon completed an MBA degree in Marketing from San Diego State University in 2007. Prior to that, in the years 1999 to 2003, Alik obtained a B.A. degree in Communication from the same institution. In addition to formal education, Alik also obtained a certification in Foundations in Design Thinking from IDEO U in October 2021.
