Mfundo Nkonzo is an experienced professional in the customer service industry, currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Rain South Africa since September 2018. In addition to this role, Mfundo has worked as a Customer Service Assistant at MTN South Africa since February 2020 and previously held the position of Customer Service Consultant at DragonPass from January to June 2019. Mfundo holds a National Diploma in Transport and Logistics Management from the University of Zululand, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and completed Matric with a focus on Humanities at Sehole Combined School from 2001 to 2013.
