Kitti Alexa Kovacs has extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as a People and Culture Development Partner at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary since January 2019. Prior roles include working as a training coordinator and organizer at the Állami Egészségügyi Ellátó Központ, focusing on the EFOP project for the creation of a standardized nursing toolset. Kovacs also held positions at the Belügyminisztérium, where responsibilities included the comprehensive preparation and organization of presidential and governmental awards, as well as event planning and protocol. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in European and International Administration from Nemzeti Közszolgálati Egyetem and a Bachelor's Degree in International Administration from Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem, along with certification in public administration.
