Aliya Karpykova has extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as the CFO and Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board at Halyk Bank since October 2011. Previously, Aliya held the position of CFO at Citibank Kazakhstan from 1998 to 2001. Aliya's educational background includes a degree from Kazakh State University, completed between 1987 and 1992.
