Bleart F. Hyseni has extensive experience in project management and organizational coordination, currently serving as a Senior Project Management Specialist and Senior Organisation and Policy Coordinator at Raiffeisen Bank Kosova since June 2010. Previous roles at Raiffeisen Bank include Project Management and Organization Specialist at the Transformation Office and Organization and ICS Specialist. Earlier career experience includes working as a Sales Agent at KB Bleta from February 2008 to May 2010. Bleart holds a Master of Economic Science in Management and Informatics and is currently pursuing a Master of Management in the same field at the University of Prishtina, following a Bachelor's degree in Management and Informatics from the same institution. Education also includes attendance at Gjimnazi ''Kuvendi i Arberit'' in Ferizaj, Kosovo.
