Nishit Jain is an experienced banking and finance professional currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Premium Banking (Indus Exclusive) and NRI Business at IndusInd Bank since June 2017, overseeing a network of over 1200 branches in India. Prior to this role, Jain was the Senior Vice President and Country Head of Retail Banking at the Royal Bank of Scotland from September 2005 to May 2017, managing a 10 branch network and over 200,000 retail clients. Earlier professional experiences include leading operations at GENPACT, serving as a Citigold Relationship Manager at Citibank N.A., and holding sales management roles at Colgate Palmolive and Shaw Wallace Gelatines Ltd. Jain holds a PGDBM in Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur and a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
