Russ worked at Star Linen USA as a Warehouse Worker before furthering their career at Radwell International, where Russ started as a Senior Technician. Russ eventually became a Production Scheduler at Honeywell Aerospace before returning to Radwell International as an Operations Manager. Russ is responsible for managing technical teams, evaluating warranty returns, ensuring quality management, and overseeing various departments to achieve company goals. Russ holds an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from CHI Institute-Philadelphia.
