Cindy Moore, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Western Midstream since March 2020. Prior to this role, Cindy held the position of HR Business Partner at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation from November 2018 to March 2020, and at TechnipFMC from November 2015 to November 2018. Cindy's career began at FMC Technologies, where roles included Benefits Specialist, Talent Management Coordinator, and Human Resources Coordinator from August 2011 to November 2015. Earlier experience includes an HR Intern position at Total Petrochemicals in mid-2010 and an HR Coordinator role at SplashTown from April 2005 to June 2010. Cindy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Texas A&M University, graduating in 2011.
