Robert Kinkaid is a seasoned technical support specialist and business owner, currently providing remote technical support for KCare mental health software at Radicle Health since February 2024. In addition to their role at Radicle Health, Robert has operated Kinkaid Photo Art since March 2011, focusing on capturing landscapes and urban decay through photography. Previously, Robert served as a Senior Technical Support Analyst at Harris Local Government, where responsibilities included resolving complex software issues and conducting training. Early in their career, Robert managed inside sales and marketing at Imaging Solutions, overseeing customer service and project fulfillment. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Niagara University and graduated with honors from Holy Trinity High School.
