Isabel Matias is currently the Manager of Customer Experience & People Resources at GryphTech, where Isabel oversees international SaaS development for Real Estate solutions. Prior to this, Isabel held positions at Delta Hotels and Resorts® as Manager of Room Standards and Programs and Front Office Manager. Isabel also worked at Disney Cruise Line as Guest Services Manager, Crew Services Manager, and Concierge Manager. In addition, Isabel was a Guest Services / Crew Purser at Norwegian Cruise Line and participated in the Walt Disney World Cultural Representative Program. Isabel holds a degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, and Business conduct from Mohawk College.
