Maria Sörman (Sjöberg) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as HR Business Partner at Rädda Barnen - Save the Children Sweden since April 2022, Maria previously held the position of HR & CSR Director at Edenred Sweden from November 2013 to February 2022, where responsibilities included strategic and operational HR tasks as well as participation in the management team. Maria's earlier roles include HR Consultant at Consultatum AB, focusing on the development of HR functions and processes, and diverse HR responsibilities at Valtech Sweden, an IT consulting firm. Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Karlstad University and has further education from Victoria University and Don Quijote.
