Jeffrey Feliz-Ybes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community outreach, health care support, and fashion retail. Currently serving as a Community Outreach Coordinator at Amida Care and an HIV Informed Care Counselor at Montefiore Health System, Jeffrey provides essential guidance and linkage to health care for marginalized communities affected by HIV and trauma.
