Victor Pollock has been in the staffing industry since 2012. Victor started as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Software Technology, Inc. In 2015, they moved to Zodiac Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Team Lead. At Zodiac Solutions, they led daily requisition meetings and prioritized open orders. In 2016, they became an Account Manager at Skill Demand, a staffing company that provides temporary, temporary-to-hire and permanent placement services nationwide. In 2021, they joined RADcube | Rapid Technology Solutions as an Account Manager.

Victor Pollock attended the University of Wales from 2009 to 2011 and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Human Resources Management and Services.
