Pam Schoenfeld currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Radancy since December 2022, overseeing a comprehensive range of legal matters and contributing to the company's business growth in talent acquisition software. Prior to this role, Pam was the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at TouchTunes from 2009 to December 2022, leading the legal function for North America's largest out-of-home interactive music platform. Experience also includes serving as Counsel at Google, where Pam managed M&A transactions following the acquisition of DoubleClick, and as Deputy General Counsel at DoubleClick, executing numerous M&A transactions. Earlier career stages consisted of positions at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, the City of New York's Office of the Mayor, and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
