Charu Singhal is a legal professional with a strong background in intellectual property rights and corporate law. Currently serving as a Legal Associate at NAYAN since October 2022, Charu previously held the position of Associate Advocate at Jain & Partners from February 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included preparing trademark search reports, drafting various IPR documents, and attending hearings before the Trademark Registry. Prior experience also includes roles as a Junior Advocate at Sharma & Associates and several internships at various law firms. Charu holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, and completed a General Course on Intellectual Property at the World Intellectual Property Organisation in 2018.
