Helene Isander's work experience begins in 2006 when they worked as a Controller at Canal plus. In this role, they were responsible for subscriber reporting and analysis, as well as budgeting and financial analysis for various departments.

From 2007 to 2010, Helene worked as a Management Consultant at More intenz AB, specializing in culture management and branding behavior. Their main focus was on intensifying human behavior as a competitive advantage for clients, helping them integrate their visions and corporate values into their daily work.

In 2010, Helene joined Coca-Cola Enterprises Sverige as a Trade Marketing Project Leader, responsible for annual and long-range business planning, new product development, and shopper marketing campaigns for various brands within the company. In 2014, they became a Senior Manager Portfolio Development Sparkling, where they focused on maximizing growth and managing the Sparkling portfolio based on market insights and trends.

In 2015, Helene transitioned to Coca-Cola European Partners, where they took on the role of Manager Portfolio Development Water & New Business. Their responsibilities included portfolio development within the Water and New Business category, new product development for the Bonaqua brand, and annual business planning.

Most recently, starting in 2018, Helene worked at Arla Foods as a Senior Commercial Manager Starbucks and Pucko. Helene was responsible for managing the Starbucks and Pucko brands, overseeing commercial strategy and performance.

Currently, Helene is working as a Communication Director at Race For The Baltic, a position they started in December 2021.

Helene Isander pursued their education from 2001 to 2006 at Linköping University, where they completed their degree in International Business Administration. During this time, they were enrolled in the Civilekonom Internationella programmet. In 2003, they also had the opportunity to study at Universidad de Valencia for a year, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
