Suzanne Lopez has extensive experience in advocacy, mental health, and program management, currently serving as the Lead Advocate at Emmaus House Domestic Violence Shelter since July 2006 and contributing to multiple roles at Advent Group Ministries since November 2015, including Facilities Manager, Assistant Facility Manager, Direct Care Worker, and Strengthening Families Specialist. Additionally, Suzanne has been a Strengthening Families Facilitator at First 5 Family Impact Center since January 2020 and previously worked as a Mental Health Case Manager at Spread Your Wings from October 2018 to March 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Manager for the Traditional Adult Program/FSP Program at Community Solutions from October 1996 to June 2014, where supervision was provided for a team of 14 case managers serving the adult mentally ill population. Suzanne holds a Certificate of Completion in Medical/Administrative from Gavilan College, completed in 1994.
