Isabel Trias de Bes Jover is an experienced professional in innovation management and marketing, currently serving as the Innovation Project Manager at RACC since March 2020. Isabel leads the development of new business initiatives focused on mobility for seniors, particularly through the BE65 project aimed at enhancing the lives of individuals aged 65 and over. Prior to RACC, Isabel co-founded and directed PhyltimeHub and played significant roles in aging-related initiatives with Aging2.0. With a strong background in digital marketing and project management in various sectors, including real estate and pharmaceuticals, Isabel holds an MBA from Esade and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
