Lauren Heptinstall has extensive experience in operations management, currently holding the position of Regional Operations Manager at Bagel Factory since November 2015. Prior to this role, Lauren progressed through various managerial positions at Bagel Factory, including Operations Manager for the North West, Assistant Operations Manager, and Branch Manager. Additionally, Lauren served as a Manager at Bagel Nash from November 2015 to September 2022 and managed Copa House Cafe & Cakes from September 2009 to October 2015. Education includes A levels in Business Administration and Management from Huddersfield New College and prior education at Calder High School.
