Hatem El Jani has extensive experience in the power industry, working as a Shift Supervisor at Tunisian Electricity and Gas Company for over 14 years before joining RAWEC - Rabigh Arabian Water & Electricity Company in 2009. In their current role as a Power Shift Supervisor, Hatem oversees operations at a power plant supplying power to the national grid, coordinates with national power dispatching, and ensures proper maintenance work requests and permits are prepared in compliance with safety requirements.
