Josh DiLuciano is vice president of energy delivery at Avista, where he’s responsible for electric and natural gas engineering, operations, and shared services such as fleet, facilities, and supply chain. He joined Avista 2006 as an entry level engineer and has held a variety of technical engineering roles and leadership positions in engineering, gas operations, and electric operations. Previously he was the Director of Electrical Engineering, where he oversaw Avista’s Washington Advanced Metering Infrastructure and the transmission and distribution infrastructure investments.
Josh is a veteran of the United States Navy. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University, Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in Washington state.
He currently serves on the board of the West Central Community Center and has served as an industry advisory member for the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science departments at Washington State University and Eastern Washington University.
