Stephen Crawford is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and church ministry. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Rabbet since February 2020, Stephen has progressed through roles such as Customer Success Manager and Partner Success Analyst. Prior to this, Stephen spent nearly eight years at The Austin Stone Community Church in various pastoral roles, including Spiritual Formation Director and St. John PM Congregation Pastor, focusing on community growth and strategic ministry development. Stephen also has experience in technical and analytical roles, having worked as a Measurement Analyst at El Paso Corporation and as a Field Team Leader at Heath Consultants Incorporated. Stephen holds a Master of Divinity in Christian Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
