Chantelle Smith, M.A., SPHR, SHRM-CP, SSGBC, currently serves as HR Leader at R.B. Stewart Petroleum Products, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Chantelle held the position of Chief People Officer at Community Healthcare/Public Healthcare from September 2021 to September 2022 and Human Resources Director at SWLA Center for Health Services from February 2019 to September 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Education at Unitech Training Academy-Lake Charles, Mentor Instructor/Educator at Calcasieu Parish School Board, and Vocational Instructor/Academic Advisor at Delta School of Business and Technology. Chantelle also worked as Executive Director of Impact Lake Charles for the City of Lake Charles and was District Operations/HR/Training Manager at Circuit City. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration/Mathematics from Southern University and A&M College-Baton Rouge and a Master of Arts in Education from Louisiana Christian University.
