Richie Young is a Senior Learning Designer at Queensland University of Technology since March 2022, focusing on creating interdisciplinary and engaging units for undergraduate students. Prior roles include Learning Designer at QUT, where Richie contributed to the Bachelor of Built Environment and prepared research on student engagement in blended learning. Experience also includes Project Manager and Educational Designer for the Australian Pulp and Paper Technical Association, Educational Designer at Monash University, and various academic positions at the University of Melbourne, including roles as Research Assistant and Lecturer. Richie holds a PhD in History from the University of Melbourne, along with other educational qualifications in History and Education.
