Roupen Babian has a diverse range of work experience. Roupen is currently working as a Product Designer at InSpace Proximity since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Picsart from October 2020 to May 2023, initially as an Associate Product Designer and then as a Product Designer. During their time at Picsart, Roupen conducted research on product technologies and trends, created pixel-perfect UI designs, and collaborated with other designers to maintain consistent patterns throughout the platform.

Before joining Picsart, Roupen worked as a Freelance Designer from November 2019 to May 2023. Roupen also gained experience as a Graphic Designer at Print Plus from September 2019 to July 2020, where they created print designs and designed the shop's catalogue and E-Commerce website. Prior to that, Roupen worked as a Graphic Designer at Malik's Lebanon from September 2018 to August 2019, where they interacted with clients, designed materials for printing, and handled press files.

Roupen has also completed various internships. Roupen worked as a Graphic Design Intern at Netizency in June and July 2018. Before that, they interned at RET International from February to March 2018. Additionally, Roupen gained administrative experience as an Administrative Supervisor Assistant at Karim Trading from August 2015 to October 2016.

Roupen Babian completed their education history with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the Lebanese International University, which they earned from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts at the Lebanese University - Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture from 2016 to 2017. In 2015 to 2016, Roupen Babian attended Haigazian University, where they studied Business with a focus on Management Information Systems. Roupen started their educational journey in 2005 and finished in 2013 at Levon & Sophia Hagopian Armenian College, where they obtained a Technical Baccalaureate in Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Roupen Babian has obtained several certifications. Roupen obtained a certification in "Mobile User Experience (UX) Design" from The Interaction Design Foundation in September 2022. In July 2017, they received Start Up Training certification from Management Mix, and in July 2014, they obtained First Aid Training certification from the Lebanese Red Cross.
