Clare Poxton has extensive experience in the field of quality management and healthcare, currently serving as the Department Leader for Complaint Management at Quotient Limited since March 1998. Clare's career at Quotient Limited encompasses various roles including Customer Quality Manager, Product Manager, Quality Engineer, Scientist, and Production Operator. Prior to this, Clare worked as a Medical Laboratory Technician at the NHS from March 1996 to February 1998. An academic background includes a Master of Science in Transfusion and Transplantation Science from the University of Bristol (2003-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Edinburgh Napier University (1999-2003).
