John Jegard is a software developer currently working at Quorum Software since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Pason as a software engineering student from May 2019 to August 2019. Before transitioning to the software field, John worked as a structural field engineer at Kiewit from July 2014 to January 2015. John also gained experience as a structural field engineer intern at Kiewit from May 2012 to August 2013.

John Jegard completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary from 2009 to 2014. Later, from 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Master's in Engineering specializing in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on Software Engineering from the same institution, the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary.
