Dang Lu has a strong background in customer support and technical roles. They began their career at Tandem Diabetes Care as a Customer Technical Support Specialist II, where they provided assistance to end-user customers with medical devices. They then moved on to Accriva Diagonistics as a Technical Support Specialist I, troubleshooting devices for hospitals and medical centers. At Helix, Dang served as a Customer Care Specialist II and later as a Team Lead, handling various responsibilities such as data analysis, product and marketing management, partnership management, regulatory duties, and process improvement. Most recently, Dang worked at Quip as a Customer Support Specialist.
Dang Lu completed a degree in Biochemistry from California State University San Marcos in the years 2014 to 2015. Afterwards, in 2019 to 2020, Dang Lu pursued a degree in Full Stack Web Development from BloomTech. In addition to formal education, Dang Lu has obtained additional certifications, including Full-Stack Web Development + Technical Interviewing from Lambda School in January 2021 and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in December 2020.
