Desiree Romero is a seasoned professional in customer service and support management, currently serving as the Merchant Support Manager for North America at Global-e since March 2020. In this role, Desiree contributes to facilitating international ecommerce growth by simplifying cross-border selling for retailers. Prior to Global-e, Desiree held the position of Lead Customer Service Specialist at eSalon, where a focus on building customer relationships and providing personalized service was paramount. Desiree's experience also includes various roles at Sweis, Inc., including HQ Showroom Manager, where exceptional customer service and staff development were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes administrative and customer service support at Prototypes Women's Facility and inside sales roles at Publishers Headquarters. Desiree holds a High School Diploma from Pomona Unified School District Adult and Career Education.
