Ana Cardeira has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Lawyer at Andrea Viegas - Escritório de Advogados until 2011. Ana then worked at Barros Mouro - Escritório de Advogados as an Advogada from 2003 to 2013. During this time, they were admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association and developed skills in commercial law, working with European enterprises such as Hilton Worldwide and Corinthia Hotels. From 2013 to 2014, Ana worked as a Lawyer /Advogada at Barros Mouro & Ana Cardeira RL - Sociedade de Advogados. Ana joined Hilton Worldwide as the Human Resources Director of Portugal in 2014 and held the position until 2022. From 2018 to 2022, they were also the Director of Human Resources at Conrad Algarve. Currently, Ana is the Director of Human Resources at Quinta do Lago starting from 2023.

Ana Cardeira studied at the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Clássica de Lisboa from 1998 to 2003. Ana obtained their Licenciatura degree in Direito (Law) during this time.
