Agustin Agravante Jr has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Agustin started their career as a Team Leader at Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing Corporation in 2007, where they were responsible for managing a group of Team Managers and improving operation efficiency. Agustin then moved on to roles such as Sales and Marketing Director at Mega Marketing LLC, Senior Business Development/PR and Marketing Consultant at Vocus, and Marketing Director at Mega Marketing LLC. Later, they served as the Director of Sales at foodpanda | hellofood and Managing Director at SMS Philippines Healthcare Solutions Inc. In 2015, Agustin became the Business Development Manager at Foodpanda Singapore and then transitioned to Sales Consulting Manager at Getz Group Pte Ltd Singapore. Agustin'smost recent position was as a Sales Manager at Capita Pte Ltd before joining QuickHR in the same role.

Agustin Agravante Jr completed their education in a chronological order. Agustin attended Pasay City East High School from 1997 to 2002. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the National College of Business and Arts, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. In 2020, they joined Aventis Graduate School and obtained a Post Grad Diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Agustin also earned a certification in Business Administration from Aventis School of Management in July 2021.
