Richard Greenhalgh has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and administration. Richard started their career at Ingram Micro as a Technical Support Representative, providing telephone support for various customers and troubleshooting operating systems. Richard then moved on to California State University, Fullerton, where they worked as a System Administrator and Network Analyst, managing the exchange environment and maintaining infrastructure. Currently, they are employed at Quest Media & Supplies, Inc. as a Network Operations Center Support Engineer, where they support and troubleshoots for numerous clients in multiple environments, working with various technologies such as Exchange, Windows Server, Citrix, VMware, SQL, and more.

Richard Greenhalgh attended ITT Technical Institute - Orange County from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.
