Thomas Guhde has a diverse work experience in various engineering and design roles. Thomas began their career at ipdd GmbH & Co. KG as a Konstrukteur from 2007 to 2010. Thomas then joined EDF GmbH as a Projektingenieur Cockpitarchitektur from April 2012 to December 2015. Currently, Thomas is working at QuEST Global Engineering Services GmbH, where they have held multiple roles including Teamleiter Cockpit from January 2016 to December 2018, Leiter Entwicklung Interieur from January 2018 to January 2020, and they are currently serving as the Head of Mechanical Design since February 2020.

Thomas Guhde completed their education with a Diplom degree in Technologiemanagement from the University of Stuttgart in 2012. Prior to that, they pursued an Ausbildung degree in Automobilmechaniker from DaimlerChrysler AG, which was completed in 2003.
