Shijith Mohan is an experienced professional in the field of optical design and engineering, currently serving as an Optical Designer at JLR since August 2022 and as a Design and Development Engineer at Pragmatic Design Solutions since July 2022. Previously, Shijith held roles including Lead Light Engineer at HELLA and Assistant Manager at SL Lumax, where responsibilities included examining photometry and optical specifications and establishing measurable KPIs to enhance team skillsets. Notable contributions include supporting the development of Dual Function LED Lamps and ensuring product quality through detailed photometry analysis and preventive maintenance oversight. Shijith earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Karpagam Academy of Higher Education in Coimbatore from 2011 to 2015.
