Graham Reynolds is an experienced operations and technical manager with a strong background in metallurgical processes and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Queensland Pacific Metals since August 2021, Graham developed comprehensive operational plans and achieved the initial production of steel-making feed from synthetic hematite. Prior roles include Technical Manager at Nyrstar, where management of safety and analytical functions were key responsibilities, and Technical Process Manager at Kenmare Moma Processing, focusing on team development. Graham has also contributed as Business Improvement and Projects Manager at Cristal Mining and held positions at Rio Tinto and Plantation Energy, where significant projects were managed.
