Lisa-Marie Ost is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as Head of People at QPR FC since May 2024, Lisa-Marie previously held multiple roles at Huma from October 2018 to May 2024, including People Director and Senior People & Talent Manager, where responsibilities encompassed global HR operations and employee relations. Earlier experience at ProClinical as a Senior Consultant involved recruitment in the German, Swiss, and Austrian life sciences markets, achieving recognition as Consultant of the Quarter. Lisa-Marie holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis from King's College London and a Bachelor of Science in Management with International Business from Royal Holloway, University of London.
