Yolanda P. Lara is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management and support. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Columbine Country Club since May 2021, Yolanda has also held the position of Human Resources Specialist at Seattle Fish Company since December 2015. Previous roles include Human Resources Technician at the City and County of Denver for a brief period in late 2015 and as a Recruiter at Rocky Mountain SER, where responsibilities included identifying top candidates and conducting phone interviews. Earlier experience includes a long-term role as Field Trainer/HR Support at Concessions International from April 2007 to April 2014. Yolanda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Regis University, earned over a span from 2002 to 2015.
