Corey McClelland has a long history of work experience. Corey began their career in 1973 as a Lifeguard/Firefighter for the City of San Diego. In 1985, they became a Technical Staff Member for Logicon, Inc. working on a US Navy Top Gun flight telemetry simulation and a U.S. Air Force re-fueling flight simulation. In 1986, they joined SAIC as a Program Manager and worked in various roles, including Managing Consultant, Practice Manager, Knowledge Management, Service Delivery Manager, and Software Development Manager. In 2009, they founded the Prevent Drowning Foundation of San Diego, formerly San Diego Junior Lifeguard Foundation, and served as Chairman Emeritus. In 2010, they began working as a Program Manager for Sempra Energy. In 2018, they joined Qubitekk, Inc. as Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President. In 2019, they became a Board Member for Humans Against Trafficking, Models Against Trafficking.
Corey McClelland has a BA in Clinical Psychology from San Diego State University, an M.S in Computer Science from West Coast University, and a Business Data Processing Certificate from UC San Diego.
