Shawn Callahan is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as the Recruiting Lead for Commercial Sales at Datadog since March 2021, where Shawn manages a six-member team focused on recruiting for Commercial Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives across North America and EMEA. Prior to Datadog, Shawn held several roles at Sevenstep from September 2011 to March 2021, including Senior Manager of Client Services and Manager of Recruiting Team Operations, overseeing recruitment efforts, managing direct reports, and ensuring client commitments were met. Additionally, Shawn has experience as a Lead Recruiter and Recruiter, handling high-volume recruitment across multiple accounts. Shawn’s career commenced at John Hancock Life Insurance Company as an Administrative Assistant. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Crime and Justice Studies from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, earned in 2010.
