Shane McFeely is the current Lead Researcher at Quantum Workplace. Shane has extensive experience in the field of research, having served as Director of Hiring Analytics Research at Gallup from August 2015 to August 2019. In this role, Shane was responsible for leading Gallup's selection assessment development and partnering with a team of researchers to ensure that Gallup was on the cutting-edge of employee selection research.
Prior to joining Gallup, Shane served as an Evaluation Specialist at Omaha Public Schools from August 2013 to August 2015. In this role, Shane was responsible for conducting evaluations of educational programs and providing recommendations for improvement.
Shane began their career as a Corporate Training Intern at Valmont Industries from May 2013 to August 2013. In this role, Shane was responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of corporate training programs.
