Danielle Storbeck is a seasoned UX Research professional with extensive experience in building and leading UX research teams. Currently serving as the UX Research Manager at Nextiva since March 2022, Danielle established the UXR practice and oversees team performance, training, and operational processes. Prior experience includes a lead role at TheoremOne, transforming an informal UX research service into a fully-developed practice, and significant contributions at IronNet Cybersecurity, where Danielle introduced human-centered design thinking. Previous roles also encompass senior UX research and consultancy positions at CapTech Ventures and Excella, contributing to impactful user experience strategies and methodologies. Danielle holds a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Washington.
