Zhili Guo has extensive work experience in the field of scientific research. From 2016 to 2021, Zhili worked as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the University of California, Riverside. During this time, they designed and executed innovative bioanalytical methods to study fatty acid uptake at the single-cell level. They also developed a peptide library and successfully identified ligands targeting proteins and metabolites. Zhili optimized protocols for peptide library screening and de novo sequencing of peptides.

From 2021 to the present, Zhili joined Quantum-Si as a Senior Analytical Scientist. Prior to this role, they served as a Research Scientist at the same company. No specific start and end dates were provided for these roles.

Zhili Guo obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Beijing Normal University, completing the program in the years 2012 to 2016. Subsequently, Zhili pursued higher education at the University of California, Riverside from 2016 to 2021, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Analytical Chemistry.
