Michael Formica serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales at Quantum Health since December 2013, leading a team to enhance healthcare experiences for progressive employers. Previously, Michael was the Senior Vice President of Sales at beBetter Health, Inc., where a successful business plan was created, resulting in 30 new clients in the first year. Earlier roles included Vice President of Sales at A.D.A.M., Inc., Regional Vice President of Direct Sales at Concur, Director of Sales at Employease, and Regional Sales Leader at ADP, where significant sales growth was consistently achieved. Michael holds a degree from Northeastern University.
